As a co-founder and partner at Portside Legal Nurse Consulting, Jodi Hancock brings over 20 years of nursing experience to the company. Jodi has spent the last few years running a successful legal nurse consulting firm and improving her talents in the legal nurse consulting industry. As a Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC), Jodi enjoys applying her advanced nursing expertise to assist lawyers in navigating the medical challenges in their cases so they can best serve their clients. Jodi is incredibly grateful for the opportunity that legal nurse consulting gives her to make a difference in people's lives, even when she is not at the patient's bedside.

Jodi grew up in a small town in Eastern Washington, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Washington State University in Spokane. Jodi has lived in Seattle since early 2000, working at Seattle Children's Hospital. In Jodi's spare time, she spends her quiet moments with her three older children, baking and gardening.

Debra Woodbury

Debra Woodbury brings decades of experience in nursing to Portside Legal Nurse Consulting as co-founder and partner. Debra has used the last several years to run a successful legal nurse consulting business and hone her skills in the Legal Nurse Consulting arena. As a Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC), Debra loves using her nursing knowledge to a new level to help attorneys navigate through the medical issues in their cases so they can provide the best service to their clients. Debra really appreciates the way that legal nurse consulting allows her, even away from the bedside, to still have a positive impact on people's lives.

Debra grew up in Alaska and then traveled to Indiana, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Evansville. Debra also spent a semester studying abroad, attending Harlaxton College in the United Kingdom of Great Britain, just outside of London. After college, Debra returned to the Northwest and has lived in Seattle, WA, since 2000. In her free time, Debra loves to travel, hike, and spend time with her husband, son, and their dog, a Vizsla named Hudson.

Debra loves using nursing knowledge at a new level to help attorneys navigate through the medical issues in their cases so that they can focus on being the port in the storm of litigation for their clients.
